Product Overview

Stanley’s PG10 Profile Grinders is designed to grind a wide range of rail from 90 to 140 pound. The Profile Grinder has adjustable flanged wheels to ensuring grinding accuracy is maintained while surfacing the rail after the weld process is complete. Simple and safe operator controls positions the operator to maintain proper ergonomics while running the profile grinder.

The Stanley PG10 Profi le Grinder is designed to grind a wide range of rail from 90# to 140#. Adjustable fl ange wheels which cannot get out of adjustment ensure grinding accuracy.

Contains a hydraulic motor specifi cally designed to match power and rpm for grinding applications. A built-in fl ow control is used to avoid excessive spindle speed.

For added safety the PG10 features an interlocking trigger which prevents accidental engagement of the tool.

The PG10 also features a removable wheel guard for easy access to the grinding wheel when installing and removing grinding wheels.
